"Meera White is the best. She knows all the ins and outs of insurance. Whenever I reach out she gets back to me quickly with all the meticulous details thought out of whatever I'm asking her about from life insurance to home owner's insurance. Most recently, I wanted to use Turo and make sure I'm covered to drive a Turo rental, and she took care of it in minutes. I had questions when our kitchen flooded, and when our foundation started to fail, and Meera called back quickly. Meera and her office have called me and spoken with me personally any time I've had something pop up, big and small. They genuinely care."

"Reached out to their office on a working day, Thursday and requested to speak with an agent to get quotes on home, auto and rental property insurance. A nice lady said, someone will call and get the process started. More than a week has passed, and no one called. Seems like their old business is keeping them occupied and they do not need new business. (updated the message to add a bit more relevant information)"

That being said if you happen to call over the weekend or after hours it is possible that a customer service representative didn’t pass along the message as the representative may have not had enough pertinent information required for our software to create your profile. From your review if you called on Sunday that may have been the case. I have checked all of our systems to see if is possible that we may have missed getting back to anyone in the last month and we haven’t.
